If you know me, you know flowers and my career as florist has been all I've ever known but you might be wondering why I'm now a Business Coach. Let me update you...

Hi, if we haven't met I'm Lauren. You will rarely find me posing in front of the camera.

I've loved flowers since I was a child. Every year on my Birthday my dad would send me flowers and it was the most exciting part of the day. I need to note that this wasn't exactly his idea. My mum is always telling me and my sister that when we were very young she read an article about how fathers should get something for their daughter for their birthday that's just from them and I'm not certain who came up with the idea that flowers were the way to go, I assume mum. Coming home from school to see my little basket of flowers at the front door and they were mine, all mine!!! (I'm a middle child so I have a great love for the day that is all about me)

Being a Florist and Business owner has been an amazing part of my life (15 years of my life) and my safe space to create but it was time for a new challenge. I never thought I’d be on the hunt for a new challenge but over the last few years I’ve found myself craving just that! And as with every change in my career new opportunities have come up and I’m ready to take them on! I’ll still be flowering (I’ll never stop!) but it will look quite different. I'm now only taking on a very small select few weddings/events a year and instead shifting my focus to helping those new floral Business Owners create the careers of their dreams! I was blessed with great mentors when I was starting out and to be able to be that person to others is a great joy and honour. If you're reading this, first of all - thank you, and feeling like you're drowning trying everything you can think of to create or maintain the business you want but can't seem to get to where you want to go. I've been there (most of us have), you can and will get to the other side. It takes work, a lot of work sometimes, but theres a reason you came accross this blog post. The good news, I can help you!
